If you like higher screen resolutions than you might decide that Acer TravelMate 8204WLMI is better with its 1680x1050 than Acer TravelMate 4602WLMI with 1280x768.
Although memory could easily be expanded, 2GB on TravelMate 8204WLMI versus 0.5GB on TravelMate 4602WLMI might be significant difference.
