In Asus Z 9266 VA we've found Pentium M760 2.0GHz cpu and in BenQ R23.G13 we have a pleasure to find Turion64 1.8GHz processor.
We prefere 15.4 inch wide screen size at model Z 9266 VA than 15 built at model R23.G13.
For people who likes higher screen resolutions, 1280x800 on Z 9266 VA might be more preferable than 1024x768 on R23.G13 screen.
Asus Z 9266 VA came with more RAM memory - 1GB comparing to 0.5GB on BenQ R23.G13.
Asus Z 9266 VA supports more maximum amount of RAM (2) than BenQ R23.G13 (-1GB).
Both of these models allows 3 running without power supply (on internall accumulator).
More storage for multimedia (mpeg, avi) were available at Asus Z 9266 VA (more space on hard drive).
Bluetooth isn't available on both models and therefore they cannot easily communicate with some small devices.
Infrared isn't available on both models and therefore they cannot communicate with some small devices.
You might need firewire for attaching some devices (rarely) and these laptops don't have it.
