In BenQ R23.G13 we've found Turion64 1.8GHz cpu and in HP Pavilion dv9056ea we have a pleasure to find Turion X2 Dual 1.6GHz central processor unit.
We prefere 17 inch wide screen size at model Pavilion dv9056ea than 15 built at model R23.G13.
HP Pavilion dv9056ea laptop have finer maximum screen resolution(1440x900) than other (1024x768).
If you want to run many programs at once 2GB of RAM on this HP Pavilion dv9056ea is better than BenQ R23.G13 with 0.5GB.
Both BenQ R23.G13 and HP Pavilion dv9056ea on our test use same type of RAM memory - DDR2.
More hard disk space were available at HP Pavilion dv9056ea (120GB is contast to 60GB).
If you have some bluetooth devices if you buy BenQ R23.G13 you will need external bluetooth device which is not excellent idea.
