Processor on our BenQ R23.G13 we've tested was Turion64 1.8GHz, and on BenQ S53W.G01 was Pentium M750 1.86GHz.
We prefere more 15" monitor on BenQ R23.G13 than 13" monitor on BenQ S53W.G01.
BenQ S53W.G01 laptop have finer maximum screen resolution(1280x768) than other (1024x768).
In both notebooks we've found 0.5GB of RAM.
Travellers should keep in mind that BenQ S53W.G01 is only 2.15kg in weight, but BenQ R23.G13 is much heavier with 2.8kg.
More hard disk space were at BenQ S53W.G01 (80GB is contast to 60GB).
Bluetooth isn't available on both of these models and therefore they cannot easily communicate with some small devices.
Infrared is missing on BenQ R23.G13.
There are firewire built-in only on BenQ S53W.G01.
PCMCIA isn't built-in in any .
BenQ S53W.G01 has cardreader which reads 4 different card types.
It is bad that these notebooks cannot be connected to some new monitors since they don't have DVI.
Quite disadvantage of both models is lack of web camera which is needed for Internet telephony.
