Turion X2 Dual 1.6GHz was built in Gateway MX6453 laptop comparing to Turion64 1.8GHz in BenQ R23.G13.
We think that MX6453 has better screen with its 15.4" inch size than R23.G13 with its 15" large screen.
Gateway MX6453 model we've tested had more RAM (2GB) than BenQ R23.G13 (0.5GB).
BenQ R23.G13 is less heavier with its 2.8kg, comparing to 2.86kg.
Gateway MX6453 had more hard drive space (160 GB) - definetly something which users who have habbit hold movies on it will certainly like.
If you need bluetooth don't forget that it is available only at BenQ R23.G13 .
Only BenQ R23.G13 is able to communicate with some small devices using infrared connection.
Firewire (IEEE 1394) isn't built in BenQ R23.G13.
Only Gateway MX6453 has PCMCIA.
Internal modem is available in both which you will need it on some rare location without proper Internet .
Small advantage of Gateway MX6453 is built-in cardreader which reads 4 card types.
These laptops don't have DVI output to allow you to see its screen on some bigger modern monitors.
