We've found 17" monitor size on Amilo M3438G quite better than 15.4" at MX6446.
RAM memory was on both laptops 1GB.
Both laptops use same RAM memory (DDR2).
Graphic card inside MX6446 is ATI XPRESS 1150 and other laptop uses Nvidia Geforce 6800.
Gamers might prefer Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo M3438G since it seems it has quite better graphic card with 256MB of its memory.

Bluetooth exists only on Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo M3438G model and you might need it for managing pictures on your camera or mobile phone.
