To runs many programs at once we've found Gateway MX6931 better with its 2GB of RAM than Gateway MX6912 with 1GB. More memory means less swapping.
Both Gateway MX6931 and Gateway MX6912 on our test had same amount of maximum RAM memory they can support - 2GB.
Both laptops have weight 2.86kg.
